Florida Pool Tech in Clearwater, FL is hiring a Pool Construction Helper for a full-time, on-site role. You will assist the construction crew with digging and excavation, move materials, load and unload tools, and provide tile and surface prep support on pool construction and renovation projects.

Job description

Full-time, on-site role. Pay: $17-$20/hour. Work address: 2189 Cleveland St., Suite 209 (Building G), Clearwater, FL 33765. Applications remain open with no closing date.

Start building your future in pool construction with Florida Pool Tech. This full-time Pool Construction Helper position is based in Clearwater and pays $17-$20 per hour.

Assist the construction crew with digging and excavation, moving and staging materials, loading and unloading tools and supplies, tile assistance, surface preparation and general jobsite labor. Help keep work areas organized, clean and ready for the next stage of the project.

Work alongside experienced team members on swimming pool construction and renovation projects. Follow instructions and safety procedures, care for tools and materials, and take pride in completing each task correctly.

This position is a gateway to moving up into other construction roles. Build hands-on skills in tile, coping, pool preparation and other areas of pool construction, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your skills, reliability and experience grow.
