Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 safety training required.
• Prior construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in pool construction.
• Must be physically capable of lifting weights up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing construction sites and marking pool dimensions.
• Construct wooden forms for pool walls if required.
• Carry out renovations including concrete demolition.
• Place and secure steel reinforcement in concrete.
• Set concrete forms and ensure proper leveling.
• Provide plaster finishes if needed.
• Install tiles and coping around pool perimeter.
• Complete work orders with before/after photos and chemical readings.
• Keep the truck organized and stocked.
• Follow and promote safety procedures.
