PW Tampa Bay, LLC dba Poolwerx Southshore in Florida is hiring a Pool Cleaning Technician to manage an established weekly route and deliver exceptional service to each customer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of pool route experience.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday starting at 7:00am.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years.
• Smartphone to use for work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and regularly bend, squat, kneel, and work around pools.
• Ability to work outdoors in all kinds of Florida weather.
• Ability to think independently and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established weekly route and provide exceptional service to every customer.
• Brush, skim, vacuum, and clean pools and spas.
• Test and balance pool and spa chemistry.
• Clean skimmer and pump baskets and backwash/clean filters as needed.
• Identify and report equipment or maintenance issues.
• Perform scheduled filter and salt cell cleanings.
• Look for potential problems before they become expensive repairs.
• Build great relationships with customers and represent our company professionally.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and ready to roll.
• Keep equipment maintained, charged, and ready for the next day.
• Take pride in the quality of every pool you service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping our customers’ pools clean, sparkling, healthy, and ready to enjoy.

Your day will include:

• Managing an established weekly route and providing exceptional service to every customer
• Brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and cleaning pools and spas
• Testing and balancing pool and spa chemistry

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already knows their way around a pool route and is ready to become an important part of our growing team.

You must have:

• At least 1 year of pool route experience
