Poolwerx Midland is seeking a motivated Pool Cleaner Assistant to join our outdoor service team in Midland, TX. This entry-level role offers hands-on training while you assist lead technicians with cleaning, maintenance, and high-quality pool care for customers’ backyards.

You will skim, vacuum, and brush pools, balance water chemistry, and learn safe handling of pool chemicals. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to warehouse.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including West Texas heat.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
• Reliable and punctual on a daily basis.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
