Job summary

Pinch A Penny, a POOLCORP Company, is hiring for a maintenance role responsible for cleaning, servicing and chemically treating pools on a contracted route. You will follow up to secure new maintenance accounts using employer-provided equipment and supplies.

Candidates should be 21+, have a high school diploma or GED, and bring customer service experience with strong communication skills. A Florida driver's license with a safe driving record is required, along with the ability to swim.

Pay: $17 - $18 / hour, plus $500 Sign-On Bonus: $250 to be paid on first paycheck and $250 after 90 days.

What to Expect?

This position reports to the Pool Service Manager and is responsible for cleaning, servicing and chemically treating the pools of customers who have a contract for a specific period of time.

• Follow up and secure new maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals provided by the employer.
• Working near and around swimming pools the associate will clean, service and chemically treat pools.
• Completely review paperwork and records.
• Monitor and control individual inventory.
• Maintain profitable pool maintenance route.
• Learn different pool systems and operations.
• Learn proper pool maintenance procedures.
• Other duties as required.
