Job summary

Poolwerx Conroe is hiring entry-level pool cleaners to provide exceptional service to residential and commercial clients. No experience required; company-provided training and a company-issued vehicle will equip you for success.

Responsibilities include maintaining an established route, brushing, sweeping, and vacuuming pool interiors, checking chemical balances, and ensuring pools are clean and ready for client use. Compensation: $16.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Age 18 or older for motor vehicle insurance purposes.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Provide DMV record if selected for interview.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an established route, delivering great customer service.
• Brush, sweep, and vacuum pool interiors when needed.
• Check and adjust chemical balances.
• Clean debris from skimmer, pump baskets, backwash or clean filters.
• Ensure pool/spa is clean and ready for client use.
• Confirm proper functioning of all systems and cleanliness of area.
• Communicate concerns and required repairs to customers.
