Job summary

Poolwerx Prosper is hiring a Pool Cleaning Technician to service residential and commercial pools on a Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends, with paid training and a company vehicle provided.

You’ll gain hands-on pool maintenance experience, balance chemicals, and build strong customer relationships while working outdoors and supporting a growing team. We offer a supportive culture, opportunities for advancement, and a stable employer investing in training and development.

Qualifications

• No pool service experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve an established route of residential and commercial pools.
• Test and balance water chemistry to maintain safe water.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals as needed (chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters).
• Brush walls, steps, and tile; vacuum pools and remove debris.
• Inspect equipment and communicate repair needs to customers.
• Maintain service records and keep vehicles stocked with supplies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.

What You'll Do

As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll provide professional swimming pool maintenance services for residential and commercial customers while building lasting relationships through outstanding customer care.

Daily Responsibilities

• Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces.
• Vacuum pools and remove debris.
• Empty skimmer baskets and pump baskets.
• Clean or backwash pool filters as needed.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, automation systems, and other pool equipment for proper operation.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work.
• Keep company vehicles organized and stocked with supplies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
