Pool Troopers is hiring Pool Technicians to ensure clean, safe, and functional client pools. You will maintain chemical balance, monitor equipment, and perform routine service with a focus on exceptional customer care.

Entry-level position with comprehensive training; valid driver’s license required and benefits include insurance, 401k, and paid time off. This on-site role offers growth potential within a trusted pool cleaning company.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior pool service experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lift tools, chemicals, and equipment safely.
• Perform daily pool service and water maintenance.
• Maintain Salt Chlorination equipment and report malfunctions.
• Test water quality and balance chemicals.
• Clean pool filtration units and service circulation systems.
• Conduct safety checks on equipment and fencing.
• Keep records of supplies, chemicals, and parts.
• Communicate findings to clients.
• Attend safety and training sessions.
