At Pool Troopers, we're dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences by maintaining pristine swimming pools and providing exceptional service. We are seeking passionate individuals to grow with us as Pool Technicians.

As a Pool Technician, your responsibilities will include maintaining chemical balance, inspecting equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness for our clients’ pools. Your role is vital in delivering top-quality service.

Job Duties:

1. Lift tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and unassisted.
2. Perform daily water quality testing and maintenance using industry-standard chemicals.
3. Maintain Salt Chlorination equipment and report malfunctions.
4. Clean filtration units and service circulation systems.
5. Conduct safety checks on equipment and fencing.
6. Keep accurate records of supplies, chemicals, and parts.
7. Communicate effectively with clients about service findings.
8. Participate in safety and training sessions to improve skills.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for at least 3 years.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR screenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience not required; training provided.
