Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Miami is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to maintain dining areas and deliver outstanding guest service in a pool/restaurant setting. You will buss tables, assist with serving beverages, and help ensure a smooth, memorable guest experience.

Experience in a similar role is preferred and a Food Handler Certification may be required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Knowledge or ability to learn the restaurant point-of-sale system, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Hardworking, dedicated, with a real passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule and are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

• Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish-room or specified area.
• Pull dirty plates from dining areas while guests are still seated.

• Stock bussing stations.

• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary such as expediting food to tables.
• Attend all company and restaurant required trainings and meetings.

What You'll Do

Maintain clean dining areas at the pool by bussing tables, lounge chairs, and cabanas in an efficient, courteous and accurate manner all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way. Act as an advocate for the restaurant and pool area, be a creator of ridiculously personal experiences, and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.
