The role requires at least three years managing F&B operations, a proven track record in profitable leadership, and strong communication with teams and guests in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in managing food and beverage operations.
• Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
• Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
• Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $80K - $90K
Oversee and influence the service and culture of our Pool & Beach operations. As a passionate, creative, and energetic leader, ensure an excellent guest experience by directing, implementing, and maintaining service standards and motivating and guiding members of the team.
