As pool season approaches, we are expanding our team to provide exceptional pool days at The Village Country Club. We are seeking Seasonal Pool Bartenders to create a memorable experience for our guests by learning their preferences, crafting original drinks, and delivering signature beverages. The Pool Bartender is essential to providing the ultimate Village experience.

Job Description:

• Deliver high-level guest service with knowledge, unobtrusiveness, and genuineness.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently according to standards.
• Utilize knowledge of all restaurant menus.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area per company and health department guidelines.
• Manage an accurate cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
• Work efficiently to keep guests satisfied at the bar and dining areas.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or related preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Current TABC and Food Handler’s certifications.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverages.
• Ability to use jiggers for measured pours and follow recipes.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Friendly, courteous, and articulate.
• Team player with organizational skills and flexibility.
• Motivated to learn new techniques and recipes.
• Operate with passion, integrity, and respect.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
