Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is looking to add a Seasonal Pool Bartender to their team!

Requirements include at least one year of bartending experience, weekend, holiday, and flexible weekday availability. Shifts are from Thursday to Sunday. Candidates should have strong beverage and resort cocktail knowledge. The role starts as early as May 16, 2025, and runs until September 2, 2025.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring excellent guest service and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mix and garnish beverages per recipe and portion standards
• Serve beverages to guests
• Check IDs and serve alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations
• Handle payments accurately using the POS system, including cash, credit, and vouchers
• Stock and maintain bar supplies: beer, wine, spirits, glassware, etc.
• Ensure product quality and freshness of beverages
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed
