Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ, is hiring a Full-time, Seasonal Pool Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to our Members and their guests at the Pool Complex. Join a lively, hospitality-driven team in a private club setting and help create a welcoming atmosphere during peak season.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bartending experience, a current AZ Food Handler’s Card, and a friendly, outgoing personality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with hospitality focus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional beverage service to Members and guests at the Pool Complex.
• Maintain the pool bar operations and keep service personable and efficient.
• Assist with setup, stocking and closing duties during shifts.
• Ensure safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
• Previous bartending experience in a private country club, resort, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment is a plus
• Previous serving experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for personalized hospitality
• Comfortable working outdoors and in Arizona weather conditions

Schedule

• Seasonal position supporting our Pool Complex
• Daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
• Schedule will vary based on Club and pool operations
• Open availability preferred
