The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a Seasonal Clubhouse Cocktail Server to deliver attentive, personalized beverage service in an upscale setting for members and their guests. The role emphasizes knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with a focus on building member relationships and exceptional dining experiences.

Season runs October through May, with a schedule primarily Thu-Sat evenings. This private club offers a luxury environment with comprehensive member services and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of serving in high-end settings.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirits with recommendations.
• Experience with proper wine service and opening/pouring.
• Polished, professional presence with elevated service standards.
• Thu/Sat evening availability required.

We are seeking a polished, experienced cocktail server who is comfortable in an upscale, luxury dining environment and take pride in providing attentive, personalized service. The ideal candidate is passionate about building member relationships, anticipating needs, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and their guests.Our season primarily runs from October through May, offering the opportunity to be part of our team during the Club’s busiest and most vibrant months.

What would make you a great pool server?

• Minimum of2 yearsof serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private country club environmentrequired
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to confidently speak to selections and make recommendations to members and guests
• Demonstrated experience with proper wine service required, including presenting, opening, and serving wine according to upscale service standards
• Polished, professional presence with a strong understanding of elevated service standards and dining etiquette
• Thursday and Saturday evening availability required

Schedule

• Clubhouse is open from 11:00am - 3:00pm and 5:00pm - 8:00pm (weekdays) 5:00pm - 9:00pm (weekends)
• Typical schedule for this position: Thursday - Saturday 4:00pm to close
