Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must work well with or without direct supervision.
• Neat and well groomed at all times.
• Flexible, self motivated, positive and professional attitude toward guests, coworkers and management.
• Maintain current food handler’s certification.
• Prior serving experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage service in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve guests according to established standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with safety policies.
• Operate POS system and handle guest requests.
• Collaborate with team to exceed guest expectations.
• Adapt to varying weather and shift conditions.
