Your Journey

• Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with towels and water.
• Complete setup and breakdown of all service cabanas as designated by management.
• Perform walkthroughs of the pool area, monitoring and cleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccable and inviting environment.
• Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and amenities to enhance guest comfort.
• Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and entertainment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Physical Requirements
