Schedule: 30 hours per week; weekends and holidays

Primary Responsibilities

As a Pool Attendant, you play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience through warm hospitality and attention to detail. This role is ideal for outdoor lovers who enjoy engaging with others and take pride in maintaining a pristine environment.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include
  • Maintaining the aesthetics of the pool area
  • Obtaining the rent roll list of current resident names for check-in/out
  • Enforcing pool rules and addressing residents/guests who break them
  • Upholding standards for pool etiquette
  • Responding to resident requests and concerns
  • Monitoring traffic reports and supporting the Manager as needed
What You Bring To The Role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to observe interactions to prevent incidents
  • Interpersonal skills to diffuse conflicts
  • Team player, patient, diplomatic, self-motivated, organized, positive attitude
  • Ability to work in high temperatures and stand for long periods
  • Availability every weekend during summer, including Saturday and Sunday for 8 hours
  • Availability on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
