We seek a reliable and trustworthy pool attendant to look after our guests and manage the pool area. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, enforcing safety rules, managing pool equipment, and maintaining the pool area.

Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, organization, knowledge of pool maintenance, physical fitness, and the ability to assist in emergencies. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Set up umbrellas, loungers, and pool furniture.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the pool and facilities.
  • Greet guests and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Provide towels, shade, refreshments, and attend to guest requests.
  • Clear used towels, glasses, and trash.
  • Enforce safety protocols.
  • Monitor guest activity and safety.
  • Report damages or incidents.
  • Manage cleaning schedules and perform inspections.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of hospitality experience.
  • Recent First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical fitness and swimming ability.
  • Ability to lift heavy furniture and work in harsh weather.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of pool safety measures.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and after hours.
