Pool Attendant (Seasonal) - Regent Santa Monica Beach

Join the luxury team at Regent Santa Monica Beach as a Pool Attendant. In this role, you will serve beverages, assist guests, maintain cleanliness, and support the pool area to ensure a high standard of guest service and safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Promote the Regent’s service philosophy and style.
• Greet and assist guests, including seating and moving loungers and umbrellas.
• Answer guest inquiries about menu and resort activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the pool area.
• Stock towels and supplies, and ensure proper disposal of used towels.
• Follow all health, safety, and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used in the workplace.
• At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage, luxury hotel, or fine dining is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: The hourly pay rate ranges from $24.24 to $30.30, based on experience and qualifications, for work performed at Regent Santa Monica Beach.
