Job Description

Provide pool and guest services, including escorting guests to seating, supplying towels, and maintaining pool cleanliness and chemical levels.

Job Functions

1. Escort guests to seating areas and provide lounge chairs and towels.
2. Manage lounge chairs, towels, equipment, debris, and supplies.
3. Maintain cleanliness of pool deck and surrounding areas.
4. Perform pool maintenance, including checking chemicals, vacuuming, skimming, cleaning filters, and scrubbing tiles, while keeping records of services performed.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency with pool maintenance tools and chemicals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and sun exposure.
• CPR certification preferred.
