Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a Pool Attendant in North Charleston, South Carolina. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of guests using the pool and related amenities. Duties include monitoring the pool area, enforcing rules, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. A certification in lifeguarding and customer service skills is preferred. Flexible shifts are available, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and water chemistry.
• Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR is preferred.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and well-being of guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down pool equipment.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide customer service.
• Check and maintain pool water quality and temperature.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Provide assistance in emergency situations.
• Assist with pool activities or events as required.
• Maintain inventory of poolside supplies.
