As a valued team member, you will verify guest access, manage cabana reservations, set up daybeds, ensure clean linen supplies, and support servers with timely service while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with professional communication.
• Previous outdoor work experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at pool area and provide towels and seating guidance.
• Verify pool access for hotel guests.
• Assist with cabana and chair reservations.
• Set up daybeds and cabanas.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area and restock supplies.
• Assist with poolside food service and bus tables.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
