The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a seasonal Pool Attendant to join our team at Courtyard at Kennedy in Titusville, Florida. What will you do?

• Maintain a safe and clean pool area.
• Welcome guests and provide necessary materials for their visit (wristbands, towels, door keys, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, including hours, menu offerings, and amenities.
• Identify guest service opportunities and take ownership of requests.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Enforce facility policies and rules.

More about you

• Availability during daytime, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift or carry at least 30 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.
• Work conditions include exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures and sun.

Shift details

Day shifts, Monday to Friday, including weekends.
