About the Role

The Club Operations Pool Attendant is responsible for guest safety in pool and pool areas.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the beach and pool amenities and services.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance of the pool areas.
• Assist in monitoring and adjusting pool chemicals as required.
• Assist in maintaining and communicating any equipment deficiencies in the pool areas.
• Replenish guest towel supplies and remove soiled towels.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, promoting positive guest relations.
• Promote and distribute guest amenities and products as requested.
• Ensure safety is a priority.

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke, noise, and stress from servicing customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for an entire shift and move throughout the casino/hotel areas.
• Work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts/hours.
• Withstand weather-related high temperatures and sun exposure.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Use equipment and tools specific to the position.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
