This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of pool facilities, public areas, restrooms, and engaging with guests to ensure a great vacation experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Enforce all deck and pool safety rules in the pool area and slides.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, patio furniture, restrooms, and other common areas of the pool deck following company guidelines.
  • Remove used guest pool towels, replenish clean stock, sweep walkways, and pick up trash in common areas.
  • Engage with owners and guests regarding food & beverage, activities, and other functions, providing excellent customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred: Water safety and guest service experience.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR (training provided by HICV).
  • Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
  • Self-directed and attentive to detail.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Water safety, guest service, or custodial experience.
