FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Pool Attendant to oversee the pool area, announce safety information, and maintain poolside equipment for residents and guests. The role requires hospitality experience and strong customer service.
You will help with setup, debris removal, equipment checks, incident reporting, and teamwork to ensure a safe and welcoming pool environment. Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour.

The pool attendant is responsible for overseeing the pool area, making safety announcements and maintaining an inventory of all poolside equipment to be always available for guest use. Experienced in the Hospitality Industry, serves residents by providing information and services.
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
