Southern Trace Country Club, located in Shreveport, LA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part‑Time, Seasonal Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

What You’ll Do:

Provide excellent service to members and guests in the pool area.

Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas following daily procedures.

Support overall pool operations with a hospitality-first mindset.

Communicate clearly and professionally with members and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.

Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Primarily Monday‑Friday with some weekend availability required.

Outdoor role in a resort‑style, member‑focused environment.
