Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking team members who embrace aloha and provide exceptional guest service at our Honolulu properties. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in all areas of the resort.

Base pay starts at $30.17 with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, a 401K, and employee development programs. Growth opportunities are available across our properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing service is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork are desired.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Manages the swimming pool area including welcoming guests, enforcing safety rules, managing pool equipment and facilities among other duties. Ensures Outrigger's standards of cleanliness and safety are met at all times.

Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others. Must be able to communicate in English.
