Job summary

Starwood Hotels Hawaii is seeking a Pool Attendant to assist guests poolside, delivering towels, setting up chairs, and keeping the surrounding area pristine. You’ll greet guests, anticipate needs, and contribute to a relaxed, luxurious experience in a 24-hour operation.

Ideal candidates are passionate about guest service, team players, detail oriented, and flexible with shifts. Prior recreation or hospitality experience is helpful, and a positive, professional demeanor is required to maintain

We’re currently seeking a Pool Attendant to assist guests with anything and everything they need while lounging poolside, from delivering towels to setting up a beach chair in the perfect spot. You’ll also be expected to maintain the surrounding area to perfection, and foster guest loyalty and satisfaction every second of the shift. (Inside tip: Jobs in a luxury space with the word “pool” in the description don’t come around that often)

About you...

Passionate about providing superior guest service and previous similar work experience. Basic knowledgeable of recreation operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
