Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pool Attendant to ensure member safety and enjoyment at the Minnesota Fridley location. You will supervise water slides, maintain pool area cleanliness, and support aquatics events such as movies and pool parties.

Ideal candidates have CPR/AED and First Aid certifications and at least 6 months of customer service experience. You should be able to swim and stay alert at all times, with a reliable, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certified (completed within 60 days).
• First Aid certified (completed within 60 days).

Position Summary

As the Pool Attendant, you will allow members down the water slides while maintaining safety. You will maintain the cleanliness and order of the Aquatics Facilities and help with aquatics events, such as movies and pool parties.

Position Requirements

• Adult, Child, and Infant CPR/AED certified (completed within 60 days)
• First Aid certified (completed within 60 days)

Preferred Requirements

• 6 months of customer service experience
• Ability to make decisions quickly and easily
• Self starter, reliable, responsible and dedicated
• Ability to swim and maintain alertness at all times

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
