A leading property management company seeks a Pool Monitor for a seasonal part-time position in Arlington Heights. The ideal candidate will ensure safety in the pool area, provide exemplary customer service, and foster a positive experience for residents and guests during the summer months. Flexibility to work weekends is essential for this temporary role ending after Labor Day.
Our property management company is seeking a dependable and professional Pool Monitor to support the smooth operation of our residential community’s pool area during the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to help foster a positive experience for all residents and guests. This position plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming and well-regulated environment by ensuring that pool rules are followed and assisting with general oversight of the facility.
This is a temporary, part-time position that will conclude the weekend after Labor Day.
Pay: $15/hr
