Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is actively pursuing a confident and eager individual to join our service team full-time, year-round, as a Service Technician. You will inspect, maintain, and install residential pool equipment up to large commercial pools.

You will balance water chemistry, troubleshoot electrical/plumbing/mechanical issues, operate power tools, and communicate with customers and staff to ensure accurate service reports and billing.

Qualifications

• Valid Class E driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must conduct business professionally and be professional in appearance.
• Strong mechanical abilities.
• Ownership of quality of work and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in uncontrolled climates.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Test, balance, and understand pool water chemistry.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Operate various power tools and equipment.
• Communicate with customers, office staff, business leaders, and vendors.
• Utilize scheduling software to review assigned work, update work orders, and complete service reports.
• Complete custom forms electronically for customer communication and billing purposes.
