Job summary

Montage International is seeking an Activities Attendant for Montage Deer Valley to support daily Recreation Department operations and planning. You will assist with rental equipment, provide guests with local information, and help maintain pool and linen areas while delivering WOW moments.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, and a customer-first attitude. Hotel-related experience is a plus, with employee benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Team oriented.
• Basic communication skills.
• Hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the daily operations of the Recreation Department and program planning.
• Assist with all rental equipment repairs.
• Provide guests with property information, nature trails, and biking trails.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for the Recreation Department.
• Maintain and organize facility linen needs.
• Complete daily departmental procedures.
• Assist with special events, holiday activities, and year-round activities.
• Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked for members and guests.
• Collaborate with Guest Service to ensure accurate information transfer.
• Assist with inventories and reconciliations.
• Support marketing and promotion of the facility.
• Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including Paintbox Program supervision.
