Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• 3 years experience in construction or mechanical fields.
• Experience with hand and power tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license for forklift/heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Performs general carpentry, painting, concrete work, and construction as needed.
• Installs and repairs pond liners and PVC pipe/plumbing as needed.
• Maintains ponds and cultivation systems and pond cooling systems.
• Operates heavy equipment after certification (forklift, Sky Trak, backhoe).
• Performs general maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Supports project and repair work and maintains safety practices.
