Qualifications

• 6 months of production/manufacturing experience.
• Experience with machine setup and process troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive chemicals and prepare batches per SOPs.
• Monitor chemical processes and operating conditions.
• Conduct and document quality tests and report results.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and loop in leadership on nonconformities.
• Assist with maintenance and calibrations as needed.
• Train production teammates on foam quality standards.
