• Registered respiratory therapist, a registered polysomnographic technologist certification, or BRPT required.
• Previous sleep lab experience required.
• Minimum one year of sleep study scoring required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess diagnostic testing appropriateness based on patient age, cognitive and physical abilities.
• Communicate patient data to the physician.
• Initiate and monitor overnight testing procedures per American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
• Score sleep studies and maintain inter-scorer reliability of 85%.
