Job summary

St. Luke's Health - The Woodlands Hospital seeks a Polysomnographic Technologist to perform and evaluate sleep studies, set up the lab, and ensure high-quality diagnostic results with strict patient safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, scoring sleep stages, and assisting with data tabulation under supervision of the Sleep Lab Manager. Requires AS degree, Sleep tech certification, and BLS-CPR within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required. Respiratory care program completion or equivalent.
• Sleep study certification required or upon hire.
• Must be a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up the lab and prepare patients for sleep studies.
• Perform and evaluate polysomnograms, score sleep stages, and assist with data tabulation.
• Monitor and adjust equipment; ensure patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.
