Job summary

Neurocare, Inc. seeks Sleep Technologists to join the team at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Opportunities include full-time, part-time and per diem with flexible scheduling and easy MBTA access.

You will perform overnight polysomnographic studies, monitor two patients, and conduct PAP titrations while ensuring high-quality PSG recordings and patient care. Onboarding requires hospital screening and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of Sleep Technologist experience.
• RPSGT or CPSGT preferred; CPR certification required.
• Sleep study scoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies.
• Obtain high-quality PSG recordings.
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing.
• Perform PAP titrations and calibrate sleep equipment.
• Provide patient education and reassurance throughout the study.
• Accurately document study events and observations.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and technical teams.

What You'll Do:

As a Sleep Technologist, you'll work directly with patients while obtaining high-quality polysomnographic recordings used to diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies
• Obtain high-quality, artifact-free PSG recordings
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing
• Perform PAP titrations
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment
• Provide excellent patient care, education and reassurance throughout the study
• Accurately document study events and observations
• Work collaboratively with our clinical and technical teams

What We're Looking For:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of Sleep Technologist experience
• RPSGT or CPSGT preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Sleep study scoring experience is a plus
• Dependable, professional and patient-focused
• Comfortable working independently in an overnight environment
• Must be able to meet Tufts Medical Center onboarding requirements, including a hospital 10-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
