Trinity Health MI is seeking a Polysomnographic Technician to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment of sleep disorders under the supervision of the Clinical Director, including polysomnography, scoring, and patient education.
The role requires BRPT registration or eligibility and AMA graduate-level training. Responsibilities include testing preparation, data acquisition, scoring, and assisting with therapeutic interventions for pediatric to geriatric patients.
Provides comprehensive evaluations and treatment of sleep disorders, under the general supervision of the Clinical Director (MD) or other designee, including polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or patient care and education. Can perform all duties defined for a Polysomnographic Technician along with scoring of sleep studies and can assist with supervision of other staff.

12 Hour Night Shift
72hrs per pp, 7p-7:30a, weekends and holidays to be scheduled in accordance with CBA.
Assists with scoring sleep/wake stages by applying professionally accepted guidelines.
Scores clinical events (such as respiratory events, cardiac events, limb movements, arousals etc.).
Generates accurate reports by tabulating sleep/wake and clinical event data.
Complies with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and standards regarding safety and infection control issues
Complies with the BRPT standards of conduct.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
