The position requires a bachelor degree with 5+ years in polymers or plastics, with proven resin purchasing and supplier negotiation experience. You will influence cross-functional teams to align product strategy and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in polymers, resins, plastics, or flexible packaging.
• Strong experience with resin purchasing and supplier negotiations.
• Understanding of polyethylene/resin markets, pricing, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement and sourcing of polymers/resins.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and supply continuity.
• Analyze resin markets, pricing, costs, and category profitability.
• Partner with Sales, R&D, and Operations on new product development and commercialization.
