Job summary

INEOS Styrolution in Illinois seeks a Product Development Specialist to provide technical expertise from lab testing to product development and customer support. The role will help develop new styrenic products, conduct testing, and support manufacturing and commercialization across multiple sites.

The candidate will work in a cross-functional team, participate in global initiatives, and assist with technology transfer and process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience designing experiments, interpreting technical data, and working in cross-functional teams is preferred.
Experience in product development, laboratory testing, or manufacturing support is desirable.
Familiarity with compounding, extrusion, and injection molding is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support development of new styrenic products, formulations, blends, and applications.
Plan and execute laboratory and fabrication activities supporting development projects.
Contribute technical recommendations based on analysis of test results and product performance.
Participate in regional and global product development initiatives.
Assist with commercialization, technology transfer, and manufacturing implementation activities.
