Job summary

Keystone Industries is seeking a Polymer Process Operator in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role requires experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production and forklift operation. You will read batch cards, weigh ingredients, mix according to formulas, and operate various process equipment.

You will monitor safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining accurate records and complying with SOPs. The position runs on Team C: 5:45 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday through Monday, with a shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience with certification.
• 2 years reactor or batch manufacturing operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read batch cards and record information in ERP systems.
• Measure products and weights to specifications.
• Mix ingredients according to procedures and formulas.
• Operate process equipment such as tanks, blenders, pumps, etc.
• Monitor conditions and control temperatures/pressures.
• Maintain records to prevent efficiency losses and cross contamination.
• Respond to process upsets to prevent losses and hazards.
