Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent training.
• 2–4 years of work experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic roles preferred.
• Strong math skills including decimals, percentages and tolerances.
• Good computer and database management skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing tasks in the Manufacturing Assembly area and support internal teams.
• Follow procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality.
• Use gauges and microscopes for quality checks and maintain records.
• Operate and monitor polymer production equipment and parameters.
• Support process improvements and participate in shift-change meetings.
