Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in production or process engineering.
• Strong understanding of polymerization processes and process control.
• Proficiency with process simulation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety and efficiency.
• Support Operations and Technical Service engineers with project updates.
• Facilitate production trials for new polymer products.
