Qualifications

• Associate degree in a scientific field (Physics, Engineering, Chemistry or similar).
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student working towards a scientific degree; GPA 3.0+; lab experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills required.
• Proficient in MS Office preferred.
• Technical writing skills required; experience with coding a plus.

Responsabilités

• Test polymer material samples for characterizing physical and thermal properties for chemical compatibility and FEA modeling.
• Perform test requirements defined by ASTM, customer, and other standards.
• Perform data analysis and document results.
• Follow procedures and comply with ISO17025 lab accreditation requirements.
• Maintain lab conditions and ensure safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager.
