Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with polymer encapsulants or adhesives.
• Demonstrated ability to connect chemistry to device-level reliability.
• Experience in characterizing polymer materials and bonded joints.

Responsibilities

• Develop polymer encapsulants for perovskite solar hardware.
• Engineer moisture and oxygen barrier systems.
• Conduct root-cause investigations on bonding and degradation.
