As Foreman, you will lead poly injection crews on residential projects, review project specifications, train and supervise crew members, and ensure safety, quality, and documentation throughout

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions and schedules
- Dependable, motivated, and safety-focused
- Ability to train and supervise crew members
Responsibilities
- Lead poly injection crews on residential projects
- Review project specifications and prepare materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform polyurethane foam injection for lifting, void filling, and soil stabilization
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Complete job documentation and reports
- Communicate with customers throughout projects
- Maintain equipment and maximize crew productivity
- Train and develop crew members
