Job summary

Helitech is seeking an experienced Poly Foreman to lead poly injection and soil stabilization projects on residential sites in Kansas City. You will supervise crews, prepare materials and equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction or foundation repair, 2+ years of leadership, and experience with polyurethane injection. CDL is a plus; you will train crew members and communicate with customers throughout projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction, foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with polyurethane injection preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead poly injection crews on residential projects.

Full-Time Foreman Competitive Pay Based on Experience Career Growth Opportunities

Starting Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience. Higher earning potential with specialized skills.

Helitech is seeking an experienced and motivated Poly Foreman to lead poly injection and soil stabilization projects.

Qualifications for an Ideal Candidate
