Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Security Engineer to secure a cloud-native platform delivering end-to-end budget traceability. You will collaborate with data, cloud, and security engineers to integrate security throughout the lifecycle and support secure mission applications.

The role emphasizes threat modeling, secure design, and secure coding practices across OCI and Kubernetes environments. Active Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in application security, software engineering, DevSecOps, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle with developers and cloud engineers.
• Perform threat modeling, secure design reviews, and secure code reviews.
• Lead security testing (SAST/DAST) and remediation efforts in CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure cloud-native security for OCI environments and Kubernetes-based services.
• Communicate risks and remediation guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
